A Word

From Our Principal

” Having the ability to intelligently communicate a yogic message articulately and through Asana sequencing is a developed skill. Teaching yoga is an art and a craft that takes time and practice to develop. When there is a true connection between the message and the postures choosen for the practioner we can begin to set practioners on a path that will develope their whole Being in a way that is subtle while creating positive growth for everything that makes up their mind, body and spirit”.
